  • Angelica (Dang Gui): 10 grams

  • Honey-fried Licorice Root (Zhi Gan Cao): 2 grams

Preparation:

  1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.

Five-Finger Peach, Chinese Yam, and Corn Soup: Preventive Health for Autumn and Winter

Function: Strengthens the lungs and boosts energy, enhancing physical condition to prevent external discomforts and support lung and spleen health.

Ingredients:

  • Five-Finger Peach (Wuzhi Peach): 2 taels

  • Chinese Yam (Tiegun Huai Shan): 1/2 piece

  • Corn: 1 piece

  • Chestnuts: 3 taels

  • Peanuts: 3 taels

  • Red Dates (pitted): 8 pieces

  • Water: 2 liters

Preparation:

  1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Cut the Chinese yam, corn, and chestnuts into appropriate sizes.

  3. Combine all ingredients in a pot with 2 liters of water.

  4. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1-2 hours until the flavors are well-extracted.

  5. Strain the soup and serve warm.
